Real ghost stories from interviews.

I asked some friends to tell me about their paranormal experiences.
The ghost's silhouette
He stayed at his grandma for a funeral. In front of the room he used to sleep was another room where they keeped the defunct. There was a storm outside while he was staying in that room. The moment a thunder appered he claimed that he saw a human silhouette walking near the dead body.
Inexplicable moving objects
She had her 8th class banquet that day and she was at a colleague of hers. Despite the fact that she warned her about the strange phenomenon in her house, my friend wasn't afraid. She was doing her make-up while the laundry basket was suddenly overturned by a ghost or an unknown force.
The evil kids who appeared in the middle of the street
It was the middle of the night and my uncle saw two kids on the street. His first reaction was to ask them if they're lost but in the moment he approached them, they started to run and my uncle followed them trying to catch them. They were shorter than regular kids, but they ran faster and he lost them in the forest. Maybe they were demons, maybe ghosts, but he said he met the devil himself.
The haunted house of a rich dead man
That man was a miser who lived in a mansion with his wife. As they hadn't had kids and the man knew he couldn't donate them he cursed his money: "If I can't have them, may the devil have them". The place wasn't demolished because no one could approach. Bricks were thrown out of nowhere and if you came the next day, the bricks wouldn't be there anymore. Maybe because the ghosts or the devil himself collects them.

Urban myths and haunted houses.

All of us heard about the typical american horror stories from TV shows, movies or Internet. When I was younger, 7 years ago I guess, I watched all the episodes from "A haunting" even if that made me sleep underneath my blanket with a paranoia that something may catch me. I have had doubts about how big ghost hunters are they but that's not the point so let's get back to the main subject. I'm going to tell some stories, some urban myths from my city. The only myths about Roumania that some people know about are the ones about Vlad the Impaler, Dracula.
The haunted house from the center of the town.
Religious people think that at 3 o'clock in the morning (which means an upside down cross) the hell gates are opened, creating a portal between life and death. That's the time when you can see a woman dressed in white sitting on the veranda. The legend says that 80 years ago the house was owned by a just married couple. On a night when they forgot to lock the door, the girl's ex boyfriend broke into their house, killing the man in front of his wife. He left her watch how the man dies in pain and agony while he left the house. The pain was to much to bear, so she killed herself, waiting for revenge.
The headless bride
Everyone heard about a headless bride in their town. The story has three versions: her husband cut her throat on their wedding night because he didn't love her, her head was being smashed by a carriage or a psycho relative killed her. I was searching for her in the local cemetery from our town "The eternity" because I heard rumors that claim that she could be seen on the cemetery wall searching for her head. And I didn't find anything besides furious keepers and gravediggers.
The haunted house near Brăila.
90 years ago, a man and his wife lived here, They had a bar and with him being the jealous type, life wasn't really easy for his wife, especially because they owned a bar crowded with men. One night he had shot her in the head then he hided her copse telling everyone that she left. No one knew about that but 70 years later when the building had to be demolished, a woman corpse was found and the demolitions stopped because the spirit was angry.

Paranormal activities and ghost stories of mine.

As a child raised in a small town with my parents working about 8 hours per day, I was raised by my grandparents. I have always had that fear of the dark as a kid which became bigger a few years later when I grew up because I started to experience some inexplicable events after my granny died.
In the fifth grade I used to go out on my balcony since it was hot as hell inside. I had a nightmare so I was all sweaty. It was about 12 am and the balcony door knob was stuck when I tried to open it. In that moment I heard a voice whispering my name: Danaaa.. I thought it was just in my mind so I tried to open the door again pressing harder and that's the moment when the voice came nearer and whispered ''Danaaa..'' again. Things got serious and I was aware that it couldn't be just my imagination playing tricks on me this time and I tried to open the door once again. This time, I heard the voice whispering closer, into my ear. I was frightened, so I looked around and there was nothing and that's the moment when I ran back into my room trying to fall asleep again.
A year later, in the sixth grade I had some friends wherewith I spent most of my time. We were sitting on a bench from our school's backyard and drinking some beer. It was the middle of the summer and we used to stay late eating seeds and talking about random stuff. Around 12 a.m we saw a light that made all of us to turn our heads toward that place. It was something that looked like a white cloud that came out of nowhere, a human figure about 5-6 feet tall walking on the footpath. After 4 seconds it disappeared and I could have sworn that it was just my mind playing tricks on me, but all my friends saw that thing and we assumed that it was a ghost and we were stupefied but still amazed.
The last paranormal event I experienced and the one that really freaked me out happened one night when I was home with my mother. I must confess that I am not a religious person but my mother is. She lighted a silver candle that we had while she was praying. The candle suddenly broke and the fire rose until it reached the back side of the sacred image of Jesus creating a Y shaped sign.
Even years later I asked myself if I was haunted. The fact is that I will never know how to explain those events but I will always have something to talk about when I have to tell stories.
See you next time, guys!
